Why is it important for faith-based businesses to strengthen their core values?

It is important for faith-based businesses to strengthen their core values to ensure that their operations are conducted in accordance with their religious beliefs. Strengthening core values increases the business’s commitment to the religious principles it follows, and ensures that their decisions, practices and activities are in line with their beliefs. This helps to maintain a level of trust and respect with their customers and other businesses, and creates an environment of faith and integrity.

Strengthening core values also helps to create a sense of purpose and direction among employees and customers, and ensures that the business is consistent in its operations. This can help to build loyalty among customers and employees, and create a sense of community and solidarity. By strengthening core values, faith-based businesses can ensure that their operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with their beliefs and that their customers and employees feel supported and respected.

Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Seek guidance from the Lord.
2. Search scripture.
3. Pray and ask what seeds to plant or water.
4. Write down the vision and make it plain.
5. Make sure that the Lord is the center of focus in all areas of your life.
6. Replace the word “want” with “desire”.
7. Have a message that can be turned into a book.
8. Start the week on Sunday.
9. Plant the seed, water it with the Word, and let the Son's sunlight grow it.
10. Provide prompts for spiritual growth that are achievable.

1. Seek guidance from the Lord.
Seek Guidance from the Lord: Step 1 of Tisha's process for unlocking your full potential is to seek guidance from the Lord. This can be done through prayer and meditation. Prayer is a form of communication with God and can be done anywhere, anytime. It can be done out loud or silently in your heart, and can include words of gratitude, requests for help, and expressions of love.

Meditation is another way to seek guidance from the Lord. It involves focusing on a word or phrase, and allowing yourself to become still and open. Meditation can be done anywhere, and is a great way to clear your mind and open yourself up to God's guidance. It can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, and can help to bring clarity to your thoughts and actions. In both prayer and meditation, it is important to take your time and be open to what God has to say. Take the time to listen and be still, and you will find the guidance you need.

It is also important to take the time to read and study the Bible. The Bible is full of wisdom and guidance, and can help to provide clarity and direction. Take the time to become familiar with the scriptures and to meditate on them. Ask questions and consider how they apply to your life. There are many resources available to help you understand the meaning of the scriptures, such as study Bibles, commentaries, and devotionals. Finally, it is important to surround yourself with wise counsel. Spend time with people who can encourage and support you, and who can offer wisdom and guidance. Seek out mentors who have already achieved success and can provide insight and advice. Learning from those who have gone before us is a great way to unlock our full potential and to live a life of purpose and abundance.

2. Search scripture.
The second step in the process of writing the book is to search scripture. For Tisha, she did this by going on a family vacation to a lake. While her family was out canoeing, she was in a quiet space with the Lord, searching scripture and asking what seeds she should be planting or watering.

During this time, she was inspired to write a daily devotional for entrepreneurs focusing on the theme of “the season to grow.”

This devotional was structured around a format she prayed over and took shape three times before she settled on the final version. It starts on a Sunday, where the reader is encouraged to plant a seed of faith. Then, throughout the week, the reader is prompted to water it with the Word and provide it with S-O-N sunlight. By the end of the week, the reader is ready to harvest the blessings of the devotional. This way, the reader can grow their business with a spiritual lens, while also remaining reasonable and digestible.

In order to ensure that she was writing the devotional with accuracy and accuracy, Tisha did a lot of research and consulted with scholars and other authors. She read books and blog posts, listened to sermons, and studied scripture to ensure that her devotional was rooted in the Word of God. She also asked mentors and friends to review her work and offer any advice they may have. Tisha's efforts paid off as her devotional was well-received by readers. It was a great way to start the season off and made a positive impact in the lives of business owners and entrepreneurs. By searching scripture and relying on the Lord's guidance, she was able to create a unique and meaningful devotional for her readers.

3. Pray and ask what seeds to plant or water.
Step 3 is to pray and ask what seeds to plant or water. Praying is a powerful tool that can bring clarity and guidance to a person's life and business. When praying, it is important to be specific and ask for the Lord to help you discern what seeds to plant or water. To begin, give thanks and praise to the Lord for all He has done. Then, ask for Him to lead you in the direction

He wants you to go.

Ask Him for clarity and guidance in what seeds need to be planted or watered in order to help your business reach its full potential. Be open and willing to receive the answer. Close your prayer with a thankful heart, understanding that the Lord is listening and will provide the answers you seek. Praying is a way to open the lines of communication with the Lord and receive direction from Him.

When it comes to business, it is important to take the time to pray and ask for guidance when making decisions. Praying is a way to tap into the wisdom and insight of the Lord and receive guidance on which seeds to plant or water in order to bring success and growth to your business. Praying can be done anywhere and at any time.

You don’t need to be in a quiet space or find a special place. It can be done in the middle of a chaotic day, in the car, or even just a few minutes before bed. Praying can help you stay focused on the big picture and make decisions that are in line with the Lord's will. The Lord is listening and ready to provide guidance if we take the time to ask. When we take the time to pray and ask for direction, we can be sure that the Lord will provide the answers we need. Praying and asking what seeds to plant or water is a great way to bring clarity and guidance to your business and life. Through prayer, you can be sure that the Lord will lead you in the right direction and provide the insight needed to succeed in your business and life.

4. Write down the vision and make it plain.
Step 5: Writing down the vision and making it plain is a critical part of the process of bringing a dream to life. To do this, Tisha Hammond took time to pray and reflect on her desire to write a book that glorified God, instead of herself. After praying, the idea of a “Daily Devotional for Entrepreneurs” came to her, with the title of “Your Season to Grow.”

Through further prayer, she was able to refine the format of the book, and it went through three drafts before she settled on the final version. To make the vision plain, Tisha Hammond took the time to organize the book in a way that made sense. She started the book on a Sunday, with the idea of planting the seed and watering it with the Word. She then provided prompts that could be followed to grow a business through a spiritual lens, and which could be accomplished in one sitting.

Finally, she provided a harvest time on Saturday, to reflect on the growth that had taken place throughout the week. By putting her vision down in writing and making it plain, Tisha was able to create a book to glorify God and bring blessing to entrepreneurs.

Tisha went further in her efforts to make her vision plain by creating a website to promote the book. She wrote blog posts about the topics she covers in the book, and provided resources for entrepreneurs to help them bring their dreams to life. She also started a Facebook page and hosted a series of webinars to provide additional support and guidance to entrepreneurs. Each post and webinar was written with the intention of glorifying God and blessing entrepreneurs with the knowledge they needed to succeed. The vision of “Your Season to Grow” was made plain through Tisha’s hard work and dedication. Thanks to her efforts, entrepreneurs now have a tool to help them grow their businesses in a spiritually-minded way. By taking the time to write down and make plain her vision, Tisha has created a book that will bring blessing and glory to God for years to come.

5. Make sure that the Lord is the center of focus in all areas of your life.
Step 5 in this process is to make sure the Lord is the center of focus in all areas of your life. This is a tall order, but it is entirely possible if we keep ourselves accountable and make sure that we are staying focused on the Lord. Firstly, we must learn to be consistent in our daily prayer life.

This means taking the time to be still and quiet, to read the Bible, and to pray. Secondly, we must take our needs to the Lord. When we face difficult times, when we have big decisions to make, or when we find ourselves in a tough spot, we must turn to the Lord and trust Him to show us the way.

Lastly, we must strive to be obedient to the Lord. When we hear the prompting of the Holy Spirit, it is important to be obedient and act on His prompting. When we make the Lord the center of focus in all areas of our life, we will be blessed with peace, joy, and contentment.

It is also important to remember that the Lord is always with us and that He is working in our lives. We must trust that He will be faithful to provide us with the strength and wisdom that we need to face the challenges that come our way. We can also find comfort in knowing that God is with us through the good times and the bad, and that He will never leave us. Finally, it is important to be mindful of our attitude and to keep our focus on the Lord.

When we are mindful of our attitude, we can be sure that it reflects the love and grace of God. When we keep our focus on the Lord, we will be able to take our eyes off of our troubles and focus on His promises. Keeping the Lord as the center of focus in all areas of our life will lead us to a life of joy, peace, and contentment.

6. Replace the word “want” with “desire”.
Replacing the word “want” with “desire” is a great way to add more power to the language. To replace the word “want”, start by searching for any instances of the word “want”, and then replace it with the word “desire”. For example, Tisha states “I wanted to write a book”. Here, the word “want” can be replaced with the word “desire” to make the phrase “I desired to write a book”. This phrase has more power and emphasizes the speaker’s passion and commitment to writing.

By replacing “want” with “desire”, the speaker can create a more meaningful and impactful statement that better conveys their feelings and intentions.

Additionally, it can also help to create a stronger connection between the speaker and the audience, as they can relate to the speaker’s feelings of passion and commitment. Replacing the word “want” with “desire” can help to add more depth to the language and create a stronger connection between the speaker and the audience.

Replacing the word “want” with “desire” can also help to create a better atmosphere. For example, by using the word “desire” instead of “want”, it can help to create a more passionate and sincere environment.

This can be especially beneficial in situations where there is a need to build trust and form relationships, as the speaker can be seen as more sincere and passionate. Additionally, by using the word “desire” instead of “want”, it can also help to show respect for those listening and create a more positive atmosphere.

Overall, replacing the word “want” with “desire” is a great way to add more power, sincerity, and respect to the language. By using the word “desire” instead of “want”, it can help to strengthen the speaker’s message and create a better atmosphere. Additionally, it can help to create a stronger connection between the speaker and the audience by emphasizing their feelings and intentions.
